Detail

It’s here again and it is a landmark year: Bangkok’s 20th International Festival of Dance and Music, celebrating two exciting decades with over a thousand artistes. In a truly fitting tribute, the world’s most renowned performers promise to enchant the city and the country. The Festival opens with two great legends, a man and a monument: the supremely talented Zubin Mehta and the world’s oldest historic opera theatre, San Carlo in Naples, Italy, with a talented cast of over 250.

The star-studded Moscow State Classical Ballet of Russia will perform three of its flagship shows. And there is more. Much more. The Karlsruhe Theatre from Germany, more ballet from the Singapore Dance Company, a Korean Symphony Orchestra and the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra. And then, there is foot-tapping percussion from the Ju Percussion Group from Taipei, a truly Magnificent Seven Magician show by New York’s International Magicians Society, Tango and Hip Hop from Argentina and Switzerland, a Bollywood Musical from India and Flamenco from Spain and, finally, a Michael Jackson Tribute Concert. Eighteen scintillating events. A time to celebrate, cherish and share. Come book your tickets for the whole family. Now.
