นาฏยลีลาฝรั่งเศสสมัยใหม่ เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างดียิ่งในกลุ่มผู้ชมเทศกาลวัฒนธรมฝรั่งเศส เนื่องจากเป็นการแสดงที่เข้าถึงผู้ชมได้ทุกกลุ่มทุกวัย ประกอบกับนาฏยลีลาร่วมสมัยนี้ ได้เข้าร่วมเทศกาล “La Fête” อย่างต่อเนื่องนับตั้งแต่ปี 2547 จนอาจกล่าวได้ว่าตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา นาฏยลีลาสมัยใหม่ “เกือบ” ทุกแขนงได้มาเปิดแสดงในเทศกาลวัฒนธรรมฝรั่งเศส ณ กรุงเทพฯ อาทิ กายกรรมบนแทรมโปลีน ของคณะ “AOC” นาฏยลีลาลีลาที่ผสานศิลปะและความขบขันอย่างลงตัวของคณะ 111 กายกรรมเชิงนาฏยลีลาของคณะ “W” กายกรรมเหินเวหาของคณะ “9.81” และกายกรรมบนเสาไม้สไตล์จีนของคณะ “O Ultimo Momento”

การแสดงชุดนี้เปรียบเหมือนการแสดงตลกใบ้ยุคสี่สีของ Laurel & Hardy ตลกดูโอ้ชื่อก้องยุคภาพยนตร์ขาวดำชาวอเมริกัน อีกทั้งยังมีกลิ่นอายของ Buster Keaton นักแสดงชื่อดังชาวอเมริกัน Jacques Tati นักแสดงตลกชาวฝรั่งเศสหรือแม้แต่ The Monty Python คณะทอล์กโชว์ชื่อดังในอดีต

สำหรับการแสดงชุดนี้ Mister B และ Mister P สองตัวละครร่วมถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ขันผสานสุนทรียะผ่านท่วงท่าอันเรียบง่ายและเรื่องราวสุดแสนธรรมดา โดยอาศัยหลากศาสตร์ศิลป์ที่ผสมผสานอย่างละเมียด อาทิ ละครใบ้ ตัวตลกหน้าขาว เทคนิคการเล่นอุปกรณ์ และเสียงดนตรีประกอบ ทั้งนี้ ตัวละครแรก นิสัยมุทะลุ ตรงไปตรงมา แต่แฝงความเปราะบาง ในขณะที่ตัวละครอีกตัวช่างบงการ รู้เท่าทันชีวิต และเปราะบางไม่แพ้ตัวละครแรก ด้วยอุปกรณ์น้อยนิด เพียงแค่กระดาษและเชือกสามม้วน ไม่มีฉากเลิศเลอ ไม่มีแม้แต่บทพูดใด ๆแต่รับรองได้ว่าคุณจะเสพอารมณ์ขันเคล้าอารมณ์ศิลป์จากสองตัวละครได้อย่างเต็มอิ่ม

คณะ “BP ZOOM”
การแสดงดูโอ้แนวตลกล้อเลียนซึ่งเขียนบทโดย Philippe Martz และ Bernie Collins เปิดแสดงตั้งแต่ปี 2535 ความโดดเด่นอยู่ที่การรับมือกับหลากสถานการณ์ของตัวละครซึ่งก่อให้เกิดอารมณ์ขันชนิดเหนือความคาดหมาย อันที่จริง นักแสดงทั้งสองน่าจะรู้จักกันตั้งแต่ครั้งเรียนร่วมโรงเรียนฌาคซ์ เลอก๊อค (L’ècole Jacques Lecoq) แต่ชะตากลับลิขิตให้ทั้งคู่มารู้จักกันในฐานะนักแสดงที่โรงละครแห่งหนึ่ง ซึ่งนับเป็นจุดเริ่มของการสานอุดมการณ์ร่วม นั่นคือ “การถ่ายทอดอารมณ์ขันผ่านตัวตลก”

คู่ดูโอ้ตลกยุคใหม่เปิดแสดงมาแล้วทั่วโลก โดยการแสดงที่มีเอกลักษณ์โดดเด่นด้านลีลาท่าทาง และไม่เน้นบทพูดชุดนี้เรียกเสียงหัวเราะจากผู้ชมในนานาประเทศได้อย่างไม่จำกัดเพศและวัย

The public of “La Fête” now knows the new French circus quite well. Suited to all audiences, this form of contemporary circus entered “La Fête” in 2004. “A wonderful world” is a duo of modern clowns. Between Buster Keaton, Jacques Tati or Monty Python, this is a silent version of Laurel & Hardy in colour. Borrowing from techniques used in gestural theatre, clowns, manipulation of objects and music, Mister B and Mister P are two anachronic characters who create humour and poetry from banal gestures or the simplest situations. One is fragile, instinctive and animal, the other professorial, slightly disillusioned and… as fragile. With almost nothing, just some paper, three lengths of string, no decor, not even text, Mister B and Mister P will make you laugh and stir up your emotions!

Since 1992, the burlesque duo BP Zoom consisting of Philippe Martz and Bernie Collins has constantly evolved their characters, taking the clown where one least expects it. They might have met at an old students’ reunion at the Jacques Lecoq school but it was in backstage rooms that they discovered a shared passion: simply being funny through the art of clowns. Their performances, most often wordless, take them all over the world, and regardless of the country, parents end up laughing as much as children!
