1. Ticket is valid only if it is registered according to the procedure that has been determined by the online registration method indicated on the YouTube FanFest official website, otherwise you will not be able to verify if the Ticket Confirmation is an authorized or an unauthorized copy.
2. Registered fans are legally entitled to print the Ticket Confirmation once. Duplicating the Ticket Confirmation is deemed to be illegal.
3. Each Ticket Confirmation contains a unique code, which needs to be taken to one of 14 TTM branches to redeem for 2 tickets per code. Branch locations can be found here.
4. Codes that have been used previously cannot be used again or transferred to another person.
5. Organiser reserves the right to take action to prohibit entry to the venue or redeem the code for tickets if the code had been used previously by others.
6. Organiser reserves the right to process and litigate in accordance with the Thai regulations either in civil criminal proceedings against people who get tickets in ways that are not valid, including but not limited to counterfeiting or copying a valid Ticket Confirmation/ codes or get a ticket in a way that does not match those specified by the organiser.
7. Organiser/Promoter is not responsible for negligence of the ticket purchaser that resulted in the purchaser’s Ticket Confirmation /ticket falling into the hands of others (in the mastery of others) to be used as an admission/exchange the actual ticket that eliminates the ticket buyer from entering the venue/exchange the Ticket Confirmation.
8. Ticket Confirmations are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
9. Organiser reserves the right to prohibit anyone to enter the venue in the event the person do not have a valid ticket.
10. Fans hereby agree to release the organiser from legal claims through the courts or any means permitted by law in the event of cancellation of a concert that was made unilaterally by the artist or the government or others causes beyond the capacity and will of the organiser.
11. Organisers, promoters, and artists are not liable for any compensation and/or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the festival/event being cancelled or postponed.
12. Any form of outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited to enter the venue.
13. Any guests found to possess illegal substances; weapons and/or other prohibited items will also be refused entry. Anyone found carrying these items will be reported to the police immediately. No refunds will be given.
14. The organisers have the right to refuse entry to guests who are severely intoxicated, clearly affected by drugs or deemed unfit for entry.
15. Guests who are behaving in a disorderly, offensive or inappropriate manner, and guests who refuse to obey instructions/warnings from festival/event staff will be removed from the festival/event immediately. No refunds will be given.
16. Professional SLR/DSLR cameras and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited to enter the venue.
17. Organiser does not provide care goods/ lost and found counter and are not responsible for any goods lost before, during and after the show at the venue.
18. Organiser reserves to right to escort or remove audience from the concert hall if deemed to be necessary.
19. The sponsors/performers/organisers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited any injury or damage that may occur during or at the event.
20. Areas at the event are built to capacity. Management reserves the right to withhold entry to certain areas to ensure a safe experience.
21. Patrons aged 15 years or under need to be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.

23. The holder of a YouTube FanFest ticket grants organisers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder’s appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of yours.
24. Strobe lighting at this event may trigger epileptic fits. Those with a history of epilepsy or any health condition that would be of concern must take adequate precautions.
