ข้าพเจ้ายินยอมให้บริษัท ไทยทิคเก็ตเมเจอร์ จำกัด.(“บริษัท”) จะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ ประมวลผล และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าพเจ้า อันได้แก่ Email ให้แก่คู่ค้าและ/หรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของบริษัท เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์ คัดสรร จัดทำและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการ สิทธิประโยชน์ กิจกรรมรายการส่งเสริมการขาย โปรโมชั่นหรือข้อเสนอต่าง ๆ ของคู่ค้าและ/หรือพันธมิตรของบริษัทนั้น
ทั้งนี้ ก่อนการแสดงเจตนา ข้าพเจ้าได้รับทราบคำอธิบายจากบริษัทถึงวัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ ประมวลผล หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ของข้าพเจ้าและมีความเข้าใจดีแล้ว
ข้าพเจ้าขอรับรองว่า การให้ความยินยอมเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าวข้างต้น เป็นไปด้วยความสมัครใจ และข้าพเจ้าสามารถขอถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ เว้นแต่ในกรณีมีข้อจำกัดสิทธิตามกฎหมายหรือยังมีสัญญาระหว่างข้าพเจ้ากับบริษัท และ/หรือ พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจที่ให้ประโยชน์แก่ข้าพเจ้าอยู่
อย่างไรก็ตาม ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบว่าการถอนความยินยอมจะมีผลกระทบต่อการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ และ/หรือการรับบริการต่าง ๆ จากบริษัท เช่น อาจไม่ได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ ข้อเสนอ ผลิตภัณฑ์และ/หรือบริการบางอย่าง การไม่ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากบริษัทอันอาจเป็นประโยชน์ อาจได้รับความสะดวกในการใช้บริการน้อยลง หรือ ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงการใช้งานบางอย่างได้ เป็นต้น และข้าพเจ้าทราบว่าการถอนความยินยอมดังกล่าว ไม่มีผลกระทบต่อการ ใช้และประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ได้ดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้นไปแล้วก่อนการถอนความยินยอม
I hereby consent ThaiTicketmajor Company Limited (“Company”) to collect, use, process and disclose my personal data, including LINE Account, gender, age, province, vehicle used, proof of vaccination to the Company’s business partners in order to analyze, select, prepare and present any business partners’ products, services, benefit, promotional activities, promotions and offers to me.
Before declaring the above consent, I have received and understood an explanation from the Company of the purpose of collecting, using, processing or disclosing my personal data.
