• How do I make payment for my booking?

  Payment in credit card is acceptable and in Thai THB only.

• How can I receive electronic ticket (e-ticket)?

  You will receive electronic ticket within 24 hours after purchase. Please print or show email of electronic ticket confirmation at airline check-in counter. If you do not receive email confirmation, please send email to travel-support@thaiticketmajor.com or contact Tel: 02 626 3454 from 08:00 - 20:00 (daily).

• How do I change my flight?

  Please send email to travel-support@thaiticketmajor.com or contact Tel: 02 262 3456 from 08:00 - 20:00 (daily). Please be advised that changes to your flight may incur an additional payment dependent on the terms and conditions of airlines. You may have to pay a change fee, cancellation fee or differences in fares for new ticket issuance

• What documents to require at check-in?

  International flights: Your passport with visa (if required at the destination) and your ticket are required.

  Domestic flights: Only your ticket and I.D. card (Identification card) or passport (for foreigner) are required. In case of child with no I.D. card, please provide student I.D card or copy of house registration or birth certification.

• Carry-on Baggage

  Incase passenger has departure from Thailand, Passengers can carry one baggage. The total of all three dimensions (length + height + width) must not exceed 115 cm (44.85 inches or 21.5 x 18 x 9.75 inches) and weigh no more than 7 kg (15.4 lb.) Excess sizes must be deposited at the check-in counter prior to departure. For ladies, a normal bag can be carried on board.

• Which items are prohibited in checked and carry-on luggage?

  International law prohibits the placing of magnetized, Inflammable, corrosive, radioactive, oxidizing, or explosive articles; pressurized gasses, toxic substances, oxygen cylinders, paint, mercury, munitions, fireworks and power bank in checked or unchecked (carry-on) luggage.

  In many countries, strong-smelling materials, lighter fuel and refills, fresh food or fruit, infected live animals, or weapons must not be taken aboard the aircraft. Such items are subject to confiscation and the owner may be subject to a fine, depending on the country. If you are not certain if an item you are carrying is prohibited, please ask a THAI agent before you arrive at check-in.

• WHEN SHOULD I CHECK IN AT AIRPORT?

  For International flight: Counter check-in will be open 3 hours prior the scheduled flight and will be close 60 minutes prior the scheduled flight. The gate will be close 10 minutes prior the departure time.

  For Domestic flight: Counter check-in will be open 2 hours prior the scheduled flight and will be close 45 minutes prior the scheduled flight. The gate will be close 10 minutes prior the departure time.
