Child ticket is applicable to a child with the height between 100 - 140 cm. If, on the date of entry, the child's height is higher than the limit, customer have to pay the difference for an adult ticket at the ticket booth at the entrance of the farm.

Free entry for children whose height is under 100 cm.

Ticket with higher price can be used in substitution for lower price ticket. But the difference cannot be redeemed for cash in any case.

Jim Thompson Farm Tour Isan agro-cultural tourism destination Jim Thompson Farm is pleased to welcome visitors to immerse in scenic beauty of nature and traditional Isan way of life and culture during the period of Jim Thompson Farm Tour 2015 from 5 December 2015 to 10 January 2016. This year the Farm Tour is themed “Mang Moon Boon Khao” (rice merit-making heritage). Key attractions in Jim Thompson Farm Tour 2015:
 
Attraction 1: Field of Cosmos and “U-Pick” Organic Vegetables Garden
Jim Thompson Farm Tour this year will greet visitors with an expansive flowering field of pink cosmos. Immediately after, they will be given another visual treat while fulfilling their appetite for shopping in a Hanging Garden of flowering plants and mushroom varieties and with some food and drink before taking the shuttle car to the next attraction.
 
Attraction 2: Pumpkin Patch and Colorful Flowers Field
The second attraction lets visitors appreciate natural surroundings of Phrayaprab Hills and Lam Sam Lai Reservoir. A dazzling field of flowery plants makes a spectacular display of colorful flowers in full bloom. Be enthralled by a field of multicolored ‘bungfai’ rockets and enjoy the merriment of a rocket dance parade and traditional adornment of these Isan rockets in procession through the flower field. What’s more? Stop to sling along a tiny ‘kratib’ sticky rice containers before capture 360° beauty of the flower field on your camera in high-angle shots. Don’t miss the pumpkin patch for a close look of those giant pumpkins in vivid colors.
 
Attraction 3: Isan Village
Isan Village at Jim Thompson Farm is the most comprehensive showcase of Isan architectural styles, including ‘sim’ (temple), tripitaka hall, belfry, Thai Von house, and especially ‘Huen Nang Phoe’,a korat-styled house that was honored with an Architectural Conservation Award in 2015 by the Association of Siamese Architects Under Royal Patronage. Visitors will be introduced to merit-making traditions and beliefs in Isan rice culture, such as ‘boon koonlan’, ‘boon khao jee’, ‘boon phawaed’, ‘boon bungfai’, ‘boon khao pradabdin’ and ‘boon khao sak’, etc. This attraction also houses many other subjects of interest, including a castellated rice hall that stands more than 14 meters tall, a multicolored rice paddy, and multicolored buffalo sculpture, etc. And wait! Before leaving, don’t forget to take photos with “Boon Bungfai”, the latest family member of photogenic “Boonlai” family.
 
Attraction 4: Jim Thompson Village
Visitors will be exposed to the distinctive silk production processes of the renowned Jim Thompson brand, from silk reeling and yarn dyeing to weaving and fabric printing. They can also enjoy experimenting with all these processes hands-on. The village is fully decorated by vivid fabrics for visitors photo fun.
 
Attraction 5: Jim Thompson Market
Visitors can take visual pleasure of the beautiful “Silver Fall” hanging garden, hollyhocks field, hydroponic vegetable farming, and beautifully decorated stalls of fruit and vegetables. Jim Thompson Market is the place where visitors can shop for vegetables, fruits, pot flowers, fresh produce and processed products from Jim Thompson Farm, as well as silk fabrics and many products from Jim Thompson brand before bidding farewell to Jim Thompson Farm Tour 2015 with loads of fun and a lasting memory.
