created the following agreement in order to clarify the terms
and conditions upon which its web site is used.
2. Conduct
of Subscriber.
Lawful Use. Subscriber shall use Thaiticketmajor.com for
lawful purposes only. Subscriber shall not post or transmit
through Thaiticketmajor.com any material which:
(i) violates
or infringes in any way upon the rights of others;
(ii) is
unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy

restricts or inhibits any other Subscriber from using or enjoying

3.1 Downloading Of
Intellectual Property.
Thaiticketmajor.com contains copyrighted material, trademarks
and other proprietary information, including, but not limited
to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, and sound,
some of which is owned by the Company and some of which is
owned by third parties. Furthermore, the entire contents of
Thaiticketmajor.com are copyrighted as a collective work/compilation.
The Company owns copyright in the selection, coordination,
arrangement, and enhancement of such content, as well as in
the content original to it. Subscriber may not modify, publish,
transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative
works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole
or in part. Subscriber may download copyrighted material for
Subscriber's personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly
permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution,
re-transmission, publication or commercial exploitation of
downloaded material will be permitted without the expressed
written permission of the Company (and the copyright owner
if other than the Company). In the event of any permitted
copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material,
no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark
legend or copyright notice shall be made. Subscriber acknowledges
that it does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading
copyrighted material.
3.2 Uploading Of Intellectual
Property.
Subscriber shall not upload, post or otherwise make available
on Thaiticketmajor.com any material protected by copyright,
trademark, or other proprietary right, without the expressed
written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark,
or other proprietary rights, and the burden of determining
that any material is not protected by copyright rests with
Subscriber. Subscriber shall be solely liable for any damage
resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary
rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission.
By submitting material to any public area of Thaiticketmajor.com ,
Subscriber automatically grants, or warrants that the owner
of such material has expressly granted the Company the royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to
use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute
such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate
it in other works in any form, media or technology
now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any
copyright that may exist in such material. Subscriber also
permits any other Subscriber to access, view, store or reproduce
the material for that Subscriber's personal use. Subscriber
hereby grants the Company the right to edit, copy, publish
and distribute any material made available on Thaiticketmajor.com
by Subscriber.
4. Equipment for Subscriber's
Use.
Subscriber shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining
all telephones, computer hardware, and other equipment needed
for access to and use of Thaiticketmajor.com and for any/all
charges related thereto.
5. Copyrights and Trademarks.
In addition to the copyright restrictions set forth in Paragraph
4.2 above, Thaiticketmajor.com , are trademark(s) of the Company.
All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing on Thaiticketmajor.com
are the property of their respective owners.

Content.
A portion of Thaiticketmajor.com 's content is supplied by
third parties. Any opinions, advice, statements, services,
offers, or other information or content expressed or made
available by third parties, including information providers,

Ticket Reservations and Purchase
Policies
By using our online ticketing
service, you have agreed to and will Comply with the following
conditions: 1. Please pick up
your ticket(s) within 7 days for Purchases Thaiticketmajor.com OUTLET between 10.00-20.00 hrs.2. For the Security
of the TTM Member and Thaiticketmajor.com please adhere to
the rules set below for Online Purchasing3. Online
purchases:
1. Pick up period:
- Please pick up at the ticket office at the venue on show
date, at least 1 hour prior to show time.
- Or pick up your ticket(s) at the nearest Thaiticketmajor.com
OUTLET between 10.00 AM.-20.00 PM., At least 10 days
before the show date (if there is more than one show day,
we will use the first show day)2. Condition for ticket pick up :
a. Present your photo ID card/
Passport and your actual card of this transaction to our
staff to collect your ticket(s).
b. If someone else will pick
up your ticket on your behalf, you must provide:
i A copy of the confirmation email singed by you (the card
holder) and authorized person.
ii A singed copy of your photo ID/ passport.
iii A singed copy of both side of the credit card used for this
transaction.
4. Thaiticketmajor
will not be held liable for any loss or damage of Tickets
resulting from abuse or negligence on the part of our customers. 5. Once payment for
tickets is made, no refunds or cancellation will be allowed.
6. There will be an
administrative fee for all exchanges and tickets may only
be exchanged for the same show on different dates. No exchanges
will be allowed for tickets between different shows.
7. For ticket upgrades
to higher price range and or change seats, customers should
present the original ticket 48 hours before the show originally
booked. Otherwise, no upgrade will be permissible. There will
be an administrative fee of 30 baht(Thirty baht) per ticket
for all upgrades. Requests for exchanges to tickets of lesser
value will not be allowed.
8. In the case of show cancellations, customers can receive refunds
from Thaiticketmajor kiosks upon presentation of their original
ticket stub ONLY. No refund can be given without the original
ticket stubs.
