BE MY BOYFRIENDS CONCERT

Union Hall Ticket Terms and Conditions: 

1. Limit 4 tickets per order of the same zone and price.
2. The ticket price doesn’t include 40 baht of plastic ticket and the ticketing fee.
3. Payment method by credit card, debit card, True Wallet, AirPay (There have 3% of convenience fee), K Pay Plus and BBL iBanking (Don’t have convenience fee).
4. Any purchase with "Purchase" status, could not be cancelled or refunded.
5. The dream and destiny Co.,Ltd. reserves the right to cancel and/or deny entry without refund or any compensation, if overpriced reselling founded in any circumstances. Please don't post any screen capture of your order or your ticket to avoid overpriced scamming.
6. Any ticket distribution without The dream and destiny Co.,Ltd.’s permission is considered illegal. The company is not responsible for any damage arising from purchasing tickets through channels other than www.thaiticketmajor.com

1. All audiences are required to wear a face mask during the entire show and must strictly comply with any Social Distancing measure specified.
2. If any of the audiences have symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, coughing and others related to COVID-19, we reserve the right to refuse entry into the concert.
3. The camera is permitted in the concert. Still photography is allowed without flash, however, video recording and live streaming are not permitted, and camera is not allowed during Group Photo activity.
4. LED light boards up to A4 are not permitted into the concert. A large LED light board with a stand must be informed to the concert staff first.
5. The following items are not allowed in the concert
   • All kinds of Selfie sticks / Stairs / Camera tripods / chairs  
   • Fireworks / Balloon of any types / Inflatable stick
   • Lightsticks larger than 30 cm.
   • Foods and Beverage
   • Pets
   • All weapons / Knife / Cutter / lighters or all kinds of dangerous stuff
6. Do not throw mobile phones, dolls, cheering towels, cheering boards, water bottles, and other items strictly prohibited on the stage, as this may injure the artists or other audiences.
7. The organizer has a point to receive gifts for artists in front of the concert to facilitate all audiences. Therefore, we request for cooperation to all audiences to refrain from giving gifts directly to the artists.
8. Register to receive special benefit at the registration point to receive the privileges as follows:
   • For special Benefit of Sound Check / Group Photo, register for privileges from 11 AM – 3 PM
   • For special Benefit of Love Video Message / All Signed Poster, register for the privileges from 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM
   • ** To be overdue, failure to make on-time this condition shall be considered a waiver of your right
9. Official posters can be obtained after the end of the concert.
10. There is a deposit point at the front of the concert, but the organizer will not be responsible for any damage that occurs at all. Therefore, request for cooperation “Do not bring any items that can be easily damaged to the concert”
11. If any of the above rules are violated, the organizer reserves the right to immediately suspend that person’s attendance at the concert and will not be able to return to the concert.
12. The organizer reserves the right to change any conditions without prior notice.

5. You will receive an email with a live streaming viewing code within 24 hours after purchase. Please check your email. If you don’t receive the email within 24 hours, please contact tel. 02-262-3456.

1. The live-streaming can be accessed via the link that will be sent to you after finished purchasing the ticket.
2. Only one device can be logged in with 1 code at the same time.
3. Recording, rebroadcasting and Live Streaming from other channels other than www.thaiticketmajor.com is strictly prohibited.

1. Live Streaming can be watched via devices that can connect to the internet (mobile phones, computers and smart TVs).
2. Please update the browser to the latest version.
3. Maximum resolution is 1080p.
4. For continuous viewing, please make sure that you have access to internet speeds of 10Mbps minimum. In case of using a public internet, the connection may not be stable even if the speed is 10Mbps or higher.
5. Data usage may increase when 3G/LTE is used.
