ริทู ซัมฮารา (ฤดูกาลที่แตกต่าง) คือการร่ายรำซึ่งตีความบทโคลงภาษาสันสกฤตอันเก่าแก่ของกาลิทาส ที่ได้บรรยายถึงฤดูกาลทั้งหก คือ ฤดูร้อน ฤดูมรสุม ฤดูใบไม้ร่วง ต้นฤดูหนาว ปลายฤดูหนาว และฤดูใบไม้ผลิ การแสดงชุดนี้เป็นซึ่งส่วนผสมผสานของระบำคลาสสิก 6 แบบของอินเดีย คือ ภารตนาฏยา กัตทัก มณีปุริ โมฮีนีแอตตัม คูชิปูดิ และโอดิสสิ จะแสดงให้เห็นถึงท่วงท่าและอารมณ์ที่แตกต่างของแต่ละฤดูกาล เมื่อนักเต้นเปลี่ยนท่าเต้นรูปแบบหนึ่งไปสู่การเต้นอีกรูปแบบ และยังเป็นการสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความรู้สึกของมนุษย์ด้วย การแสดงชุดริทู ซัมฮารา จะดำเนินไปโดยมีดนตรีและเสียงร้องประกอบการแสดง

Ritu Samhara (meaning the different seasons) is a dance interpretation of the classic Sanskrit poem by Kalidasa, which describes the six seasons of summer, monsoon, autumn, early winter, late winter and spring. Exponents of six classical Indian dance forms - Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Mohiniattam, Manipuri, Kuchipudi and Odissi will depict the different rhythms and moods of the seasons as they transition from one into another, also reflecting the changes in, and feelings of, human beings. Ritu Samhara will be acccompanied by live vocals and musicians.
