     Maestro Mehta, one of the most sought after conductors in the world, will thrill Thailand’s audience with this one night only classical concert. Mehta will conduct the highly prestigious Israel Philharmonic Orchestra in two works which will show Mehta’s energizing facility, his complete control of complex scores and why he is truly a living legend.

     Stravinksy’s The Rite of Spring isa wonderful melodious score which encompasses great energy interspersed with lyrical passages. Mahler’s Symphony No. 1 draws together disparate elements such as peace, levity, rusticism and harmony into a compelling score with, arguably, the most thrilling ending in the symphonic repertoire.
