For International flight, check-in counter shall be open 3 hours prior to flight schedule and close 60 minutes prior to flight schedule in general. The gate will be close 10 minutes prior the departure time.
For Domestic flight, Counter check-in shall be open 2 hours prior to flight schedule and close 45 minutes prior to flight schedule in general. The gate will be close 10 minutes prior the departure time.
We recommend to check more information with airline and spare extra time for your trip to the airport as traffic may take longer than usual during rush hours.
For International flight, please present your passport with valid visa to travel to the destination country (if require) together with confirmed itinerary or reservation code.
For Domestic flight, please present any form of valid identification card that has been issued by the government (with recent picture).
