How to Reserve/ Purchase Tickets Online
How to reserve/ purchase ticket from
  1. First time users/ Non members: join us by selecting the Register button underneath the main navigation menu and complete the registration process. You will then be able to use your username and password for our ticket reservation and payment services.

  2. For members: log-in to reserve or buy tickets at our Members/Tickets section.
    ** Please make sure you have updated your member profile with all the corect information.

  3. Select your event by clicking the Buy Now button next to the relevent show/event.

  4. Please select your performance and click "Submit".

  5. Click on your chosen seating zone to view available seats, or press the Back button to choose another performance or show time.

  6. Click on the seats you wish to Reserve/Purchase:

    • Reservations: A popup window with your Reservation Details and Resrvation Code will appear on the screen. Please remember this code in order to pick-up your tickets at our kiosks.

    • Purchases: A payment order confirmation page will appear, type in your details and click Continue,

      i. You will now receive a payment detail confirmation with your user and order details, click "continue" to complete your online transaction

      ii. You will now be presented with the credit card payment page, please fill in the relevent information and click "I agree to the above terms and conditions"

      iii. You will now see a confirmation of your credit card details, please click "I Accept" to complete your purchase or "Cancel" to go back and change any details.

  7. Your Reservation/Purchase is now compleate, press the "Close" button to exit the program, or click "Continue" to Reserve/Purchase more seats.

  8. Please check your e-mail or Click on the button "ประวัติการสั่งซื้อ/ Purchase History" in the member page, for your detailed transaction and order confirmation.

How to pick up
Pick up period :
  • Please pick up at the ticket office at the venue on show date, at least 1 hour prior to show time.

  • Or pick up your ticket(s) at the nearest OUTLET between 10.00 AM.-20.00 PM., At least 10 days before the show date (if there is more than one show day, we will use the first show day)

Condition for ticket pick up :
  • Present your photo ID card/ Passport and your actual credit card of this transaction to our staff to collect your ticket(s).

  • If someone else will pick up your ticket on your behalf, you must provide :

    i. A copy of the confirmation email signed by you (the credit card holder) and authorized person.

    ii. A signed copy of your photo ID/ passport.

    iii. A signed copy of both side of the credit card used for this transaction.

Payment Methods
  1. For online purchase, we accept CREDIT CARD payment

    • Our payment systems are available for all Visa or Master Card.

    • For any problems on the payment process please contact the banking house.

  2. Payment thru Counter Service. [ available at 7-11 convenient store ]

    To prevent order cancellation. Please make payment within 5 hours at Counter Service store.

    • Tickets can be collected at any Thaiticketmajor outlets with original payment receipt, or as instructed at the time of order

  3. Tickets will go on sale thru the website at 08.00 am. (subject to change)
