Since the launch of Joker Xue "Extraterrestrial" World Tour, it has continued to surprise in terms of the number of performances and the number of viewers. As of the end of September 2023, the "Extraterrestrial" World Tour has held nearly 60 concerts, with more than 2 million attendees. The theme of the concert "Extraterrestrial" is not only a hit song by Joker Xue, but also a key element that connects the core storyline of the concert. During the concert, Joker Xue will transform into an interstellar executive who descends from an alien planet and is ordered to destroy the earth. On the eve of the destruction of the earth, he is inspired by the beauty of mankind and sacrifices his life to save the earth.

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY:

• Only valid paper tickets and E-tickets are eligible for entry into the concert venue .

• Patrons who purchase their tickets via Big C and Lotus will receive ticket collection slip. Please bring these ticket collection slip in exchange for paper tickets from any ThaiTicketMajor counters from 15 December 2023 - 22 December 2023.

Conditions for purchasing tickets:

• One customer can purchased no more than 8 tickets.

• Ticket prices do not include ticketing fees of 30 THB per ticket.

• All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-resaleable.

• Audiences under 7 year of age are not recommended to attend the show because of loud noise, and special effects may be used during the show.

• Your full names will be required to purchase tickets and printed on tickets. The names must be in Thai or English only, and must match your identification document (such as ID card, Passport) upon entry. Please review your booking information before making payment. The names on tickets cannot be changed or transferred.

• Once the tickets have been purchased you will receive a simple email confirmation as proof of purchase. This is NOT your ticket or ticket(s). 

• Upon arrival at the show, you will then be required to arrive as a group and present your ticket(s) with the lead booker present. The lead booker will be required to have a photo ID or passport that matches the name on the tickets.

• 3% convenience fee will be applied when making the payment with a credit card, debit card, True Wallet or Shopee Pay.

• 0.5% convenience fee will be applied for payment via BBL iBanking or K Pay+.

• Please be aware of fraudsters claiming to be as ticket bookers or as ThaiTicketmajor employees, booking service, fraud code, reselling from third party. The benefits of concert tickets will belong to the customers who purchased tickets from the authorized dealer. Please note that the promoters will not be responsible for the damage caused by third party. The organizer reserves the final interpretation.
