The MUIDS Battle of the Bands is an annual music competition for students of the Mahidol University International Demonstration School (MUIDS), organized in collaboration with the MUIDS Folk Song Club. The event serves as a dynamic platform for musically driven students to unleash their creativity, showcase their talents, and gain meaningful performance experience in an inspiring, high-energy environment.

 

Each year, the competition draws passionate student musicians from across grade levels, all eager to send their sound beyond the classroom and onto the stage. While more than ten bands typically register, only four outstanding bands are selected through a rigorous audition and selection process to advance to the final round. The grand finale will be held on April 8, 2026, at the prestigious Prince Mahidol Hall, offering finalists the rare opportunity to perform on a world-class stage.

 

The 2026 edition is powered by the theme “Supersonic Soundblast”, under the slogan “Break the Silence, Brighten the Night.” This theme captures the explosive energy of youth, imagination, and boundless ambition, celebrating music as a force capable of cutting through silence, igniting emotions, and lighting up the night with sound.

 

Beyond competition, the MUIDS Battle of the Bands is a transformative learning experience. It cultivates teamwork, collaboration, discipline, and creative expression, while immersing students in a professional performance setting. Through this journey, participants build confidence, sharpen musical skills, and take meaningful steps toward their artistic futures—proving that when sound meets passion, it can truly go supersonic.

เงื่อนไขการเข้าชมการแสดง

1.ศิษย์เก่าและบุคคลภายนอก ไม่แนะนำให้เลือกที่นั่งโซน LM1, LM2 และ LM3

2.ในขณะชมไม่อนุญาตให้ถ่ายภาพ บันทึกเสียงและบันทึกวิดีโอใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น รวมทั้งไม่อนุญาตให้ live streaming ผ่านทุกช่องทาง

3.ไม่อนุญาตให้นำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มทุกชนิดเข้าภายในพื้นที่รับชมการแสดงโดยเด็ดขาด ทั้งนี้ผู้เข้าชมสามารถรับประทานอาหารและเครื่องดื่มได้เฉพาะบริเวณที่กำหนดให้เท่านั้น

4.ไม่อนุญาตให้นำป้ายไฟที่มีขนาดเกิน A4 เข้าภายในพื้นที่รับชมการแสดง

5.ห้ามนำสิ่งเสพติดทุกชนิด วัตถุอันตราย ได้แก่ ของมีคม อาวุธทุกชนิด วัตถุเชื้อเพลิง วัตถุระเบิด พลุและดอกไม้ไฟเข้าไปในพื้นที่จัดงานโดยเด็ดขาด

6.ห้ามนำลูกโป่ง ลูกบอล (ทั้งลูกโป่งแบบเป่าลมและลูกโป่งอัดก๊าซ) เข้ามาในพื้นที่จัดงานทั้งด้านในและด้านนอกโดยเด็ดขาด

7.ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าไปในพื้นที่จัดงานโดยเด็ดขาด

8.ห้ามนำนกหวีด แตร โทรโข่ง และกระบอกลมทุกชนิดเข้าไปในพื้นที่จัดงานโดยเด็ดขาด

9.บัตรรับชมการแสดง หากทำการชำระเงินแล้วจะไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ในทุกกรณี

10.ห้ามมิให้เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 10 ปี เข้าชม เว้นแต่จะมาพร้อมกับผู้ใหญ่ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป
