ประกาศออกมาเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วสำหรับรายชื่อของศิลปินที่ได้เข้าชิงแกรมมี่ประจำปี 2018 โดยงานนี้ Bruno Mars มีชื่อเข้าชิงถึง 6 รางวัล

โดยศิลปินที่มีชื่อเข้าชิงมากที่สุดคือ Jay-Z ที่เข้าชิงไปทั้งหมด 8 สาขา ตามมาด้วย Kendrick Lamar ที่มีชื่อเข้าชิงทั้งหมด 7 สาขา
 
ในขณะที่ Bruno Mars มีชื่อเข้าชิง 6 สาขา ซึ่งรวมถึงสาขาใหญ่ๆ อย่าง Record Of The Year, Album Of The Year และ Song Of The Year ด้วย
